(Term Of Service)
1. THING TO INCLUDE
⬩ Character references (clear reference / picture, NOT descriptions)
⬩ Type of commission intended to order
⬩ DM / Email me to order
⬩ If the artist haven't reply within 1 week, Please kindly remind the artist in comment / @nabakisan.2. SUBJECT MATTER
⬩ References should be very clear, any specific requirements or details mentioned. NOT DESCRIPTION!
⬩ Revision will be give if it were a mistake made on my behalf (e.x. the artist misread a description). However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information (e.x. unclear references, not mentioned prior), The artist isn't responsible to give revision.
⬩ If the commissioner ordering a character that not belongs to them. The artist have the right to confirm that you have permission to do so. (e.x. a surprise gift art, the artist have the right not to accept a commissions of stolen designs.)
⬩ The Artist will only draw in the artstyle that currently being offered.
⬩ The aritst have the right to decline an order without giving the reason.3. PAYMENT
⬩ Full upfront payment after the order confirmation.
⬩ Additional Charge if the character have: complex designs, accecories, pet. Or additional background.
⬩ Additional Charge for commercial use(merch, streaming, vtubing, etc).
⬩ International payments through: Paypal, USD$ is the currency.
⬩ Local payments through: Dana, Gopay, ShopeePay, Rupiah/IDR for the currency.
⬩ If contact is loss between the artist and the commissioner, please contact my sister for negotiation.4. DEADLINES AND REFUND POLICIES
⬩ It's not possible to set deadline.
⬩ Don't rush the artist to finish the order.
⬩ Artist will give the commissioner progress when working on the order.
⬩ 2 chances for revision will be given to the commissioner in the revision stage, NOT in the finish stage.
⬩ The artist will be the judge for the refund, if any cancellations made without a legitimate reason.
⬩ Refund WON'T be given when the artist already finish the sketch, or the commissioner give insufficient information and the piece already finish.
⬩ Refund WON'T be given after the commissioner satisfied with the sketch.5. COMMUNICATION / CORRESPONDENCE
⬩ Correspondence regarding commissions are to be made via Direct messages(DM) or Email from the social media given in the contact list.
⬩ Work In Progress will be given in the commission progress / revision stage.
⬩ Rude, disrespectful and/or abusive commissioners will have their commissions cancelled and black listed from future commission.6. RIGHT / COPYRIGHT & PERMISSIONS
⬩ The artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
⬩ The commissioner NEVER permitted to edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, use for advertising whether under any circumstances without my permission.
⬩ Therefore the artist allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to Promote myself with in any place or site. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want.
⬩ The commissioner are allowed to Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
⬩ The image is allowed to be used by the commissioner for personal uses such as wallpapers, icons etc. However if the image is public, credit must be visibly given to me, the artist.
⬩ The commissioner is NOT permitted under any circumstances to crop, edit/modify, change, recolour, filter, trace, vector or appropriate the art in any way.
⬩ If the commission is to remain private (i.e. I may not post it any where), this may entail an additional fee and must be mentioned before I accept the commission. These commissions are not permitted to be posted on public websites under any circumstances.
⬩ Commissioners are not entitled to the psd, sai or other files which contain layers. The artist only give the commission as a png/jpg file.
⬩ After the commissioner have received the finished commission (this includes any correction of mistakes), the transaction will be over and the commissioner are NOT permitted to ask for refund.
